Privacy Policy

Note to the editors: This text describes exactly what this website actually processes – no forms, no analytics, no advertising services. It has not been reviewed by a law firm. Please have it checked legally before going live and remove this box. As soon as a service is added – a form, an embedded map, a booking system – the text has to be extended. The German version of this policy is the legally binding one.

The protection of your personal data matters to us. This website gets by with very little data: there is no form, no registration, no reach measurement and no advertising service. The legally binding version of this policy is the German one.

Visiting the website

Every time the site is called up, the server automatically records data transmitted by your browser: the IP address, date and time, the page requested, the page previously visited as well as browser and operating system. This data is technically necessary in order to deliver the page and to keep operations secure.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after a short time and are not combined with other data.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies for analytics or advertising purposes. Technically necessary cookies may be set when you switch between the language versions or when you log in as an editor. No consent is required for these, because they serve only the service you have requested.

Fonts

The typeface used is delivered from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers, in particular not to Google Fonts. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to a font provider.

If you write or call us

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the details you give us – as a rule your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry. We use them solely to answer your enquiry and to handle any contractual relationship.

The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep enquiries for as long as is necessary to deal with them; statutory retention periods – tax law, for instance – remain unaffected.

Job applications

Application documents you send us by e-mail are used solely for the respective selection procedure. The legal basis is the initiation of an employment relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no appointment is made, we delete the documents unless you expressly agree to them being kept for longer.

Links to other providers

This website links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, the Bergbahn Fieberbrunn, KochArt Tirol and the Remise am Reitl. These are ordinary links: as long as you do not click them, no data is transmitted to these providers. No maps, timelines or buttons belonging to these services are embedded in our pages.

Once you have clicked, the privacy provisions of the respective provider apply. We have no influence on their data processing.

Who else sees your data

Our website is hosted by Klubarbeit.net OG. The host processes the server logs mentioned above on our behalf and is contractually bound by our instructions (processing on behalf of a controller pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR). Beyond that we do not pass your data on unless we are legally obliged to do so.

No transfer to countries outside the European Union takes place.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification of inaccurate data, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

Simply contact us using the details given above.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority:

Status

This privacy policy will be adapted as soon as the processing changes – for example when a form or a further service is added.
